uurgh....just now browsing some curing tips for this freaking sinus that bugging me since morning plus with im fasting its just not a good moment to dwell...ayoyo.
reading from some site,best quick remedy is ACV(apple cider vinegar) since it quickly thinning the mucous and makes the nose comfortable to breath a bit...but its better to take when the first sneezing start haunting you!
but too bad i just read it and already suffered.
this will never end...................................
